Add to Cart: Click on your desired product, select any preferences (like quantity or variant), and click “Add to Cart.”
View Cart: Once you're done shopping, click on the cart icon (top right corner) to review your selected items.
Proceed to Checkout: Click “Checkout” to continue.
Enter Details: Fill in your shipping address, contact information, and select your preferred payment method.
Place Order: Review your order summary and click “Place Order.”
Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email and SMS with all the details.
Yes, you can place an order on the Athence website without creating an account.
At checkout, simply enter your shipping and contact details as a guest user. However, we recommend creating an account to:
Easily track your orders and delivery status
Save your address and payment details for faster checkout

Applying a coupon code on the Athence website is simple:
Add Products to Cart: Choose your favorite products and add them to your cart.
Go to Checkout: Click on the cart icon and then select “Checkout.”
Enter Coupon Code: On the checkout page, you'll see a field labeled “Discount Code” or “Apply Coupon.”
Apply the Code: Enter your valid coupon code and click “Apply.”
Check Discount: The discount will be reflected in your order total immediately.
Note:
Some discounts may not be applicable on combos or already discounted items.
Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Once you successfully place an order on the Athence website, you’ll receive an order confirmation through:
Email: Sent to the email address you provided during checkout
SMS: Sent to your registered mobile number
This confirmation will include your order number, items purchased, billing/shipping details, and estimated delivery timeline.
If you don’t receive a confirmation within a few minutes:
Check your spam or promotions folder
Ensure the email/mobile number entered was correct

You can request a change to your shipping address only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
To update your address:

Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to modify the address.
For shipped orders, you can track and coordinate with the courier for possible rerouting (subject to courier policies).
No, there is no minimum order value required to shop on the Pilgrim website.
You can purchase any product regardless of price. However, to avail free shipping, a minimum cart value may be required (usually ₹500 or more). Shipping charges for lower-value orders, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout.
Keep an eye out for ongoing offers—sometimes free shipping is available on all orders during special promotions!

Orders placed during high-demand periods (sales or festivals) may take slightly longer to process

Athence offers free shipping on orders above a certain cart value:
Orders above ₹500: ✅ Free shipping

Yes, Athence delivers to most locations across India.

The system will instantly confirm whether delivery is available at your pincode and provide an estimated timeline

Some remote or restricted regions may have limited or no service.
COD availability may also vary by pincode.
At the moment, Athence does not offer scheduled or date-specific delivery through the website.
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, and delivery timelines are determined by the courier partner based on your location.
