🚚 Order Handling & Shipping

  • All orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

  • During high-demand periods or maintenance updates, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details.

💌 Returns & Replacements

We’re confident you’ll love your Athence experience—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


Wrong Item Delivered

If you received an incorrect product:

Step 1: Raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email. Share your Order ID and clear images of the wrong item.
Step 2: Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.
Step 3: If approved, our courier will arrange a reverse pickup.
Step 4: If pickup isn’t available in your area, we’ll guide you with an alternate solution.
Step 5: Once we receive the wrong product, we’ll send a replacement (based on availability). If out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.


💥 Damaged Item Received

If your product arrived damaged:

Steps 1–5 follow the same process as above. Please include photos clearly showing the damage along with your order ID.


🚫 Returns Not Accepted If:

  • The product is opened, used, or altered

  • Original packaging or labels are missing

  • The request is made after 3 days from the date of delivery

Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these criteria.


Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is processed.

  • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@athence.com or via WhatsApp.


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders above the minimum order value (subject to change and mentioned at checkout).

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes and may include a nominal fee.
